Click on the links below to access three new Data Sheets and a new Plan of Teaching form. Two data sheets incorporate FOP data (first opportunity of the day probe data) and subsequent trial-by-trial data. The first is for skills that may be part of a larger skill [Part], may require permanent partial assistance [PPA], engagement [Engage], or an adaptive art prosthetic device [APD] and the second is for skills taught in the context of a frequently-occurring event. One data sheet is for FOP data only and permits you to insert the performance criteria of your choosing. The new Plan for Teaching Form is a blank copy of the form described on pages 30-32 of Essential for Living: The Teaching Manual.
